Hi Weather Watchers

Arctic cold will invade the majority of Kansas Sunday. Highs only in the Single digits NE, to around 30 in the SW.

Saturday temperatures will be in the 20s and 30s.

A few flurries aren’t out of the possibility Sunday morning as a quick moving system will be moving from the Northwest to Southeast.

Far Northeast areas could see a dusting Tuesday as another quick system moves through.

We will keep an eye on this system as it appears to be the strongest. It moves through Wednesday night into Thursday morning. This is the GFS run.

THE EURO SHOWS NOTHING…so confidence is low at this time of anything significant.

After this system moves through we should see a BIG warm up with temps in the 50s and 60s expected by next weekend.

The active part of the pattern begins within the next 10-14 days. February into March should be very active.

Have a good Friday night!
