## NO LONGER VALID ## FRIDAY/SATURDAY SEVERE WEATHER UPDATE…..
Hello Weather Watchers! We have an interesting next 3 days.
First, here is the current radar
A cool front is draped SW to NE across the State and is serving as the focus for Thunderstorms. That front will eventually become oriented West to East overnight. Thunderstorms will likely continue to move along the front with heavy rainfall and some large hail.
Wherever that front ends up- it is forecast to move back North as a warm front tomorrow morning end up most likely around the US50 corridor.
Along and South of the front is where we are expecting SIGNIFICANT SEVERE WEATHER. VERY LARGE HAIL-HEAVY RAINFALL-STRONG TORNADOES. Just North of the front we will likely see HEAVY RAINFALL and VERY LARGE HAIL-up to baseball size.
Thunderstorms will continues into the late night hours.
As a result of all the expected rainfall- a FLASH FLOOD WATCH has been issued from this evening through SUNDAY in the areas in Green.

This is a POWERFUL STORM – we will likely see Tornadoes in Kansas and SIGNIFICANT SNOW in Wyoming and Western Nebraska- up to 24 inches!!
