Good afternoon Weather Watchers!!

Here is our current conditions and where the Warm front is located- many have wondered.

Are you ready for some HOT temps especially West of I-135 Sat-Wed. Temps will likely hit the 100-105 mark Sun-Mon before a little relief mid-week  as the area of High Pressure retrogrades West.

 Mid week next week:

As we see the Westerlies move in we could see chances of precipitation by midweek next week.

Models are all over the board as they typically are this time of year.

Our forecast for a cooler July has been on track as temps in the 60s and 70s the last few days have been a nice break from normal temps which are around 94 degrees.

We get back to the reality of summer very soon…How long will it last? Will our longterm forecast confirm or was the last 5 days our cool period? Time will tell.

We have a piece of energy moving through again late tonight through Friday- not seeing this system as anywhere near a high Precip producer.

Northwest flow could return to the area which would cool us down and provide moisture chances by next weekend. Let’s see how it plays out.
I just had to show you this- we are taking a little break. Yes, this is the grandkids playing in the Colorado snow.

Have a GREAT day….
