Hi Weather Watchers..

Here is what to expect over the next few days…

Tonight- rain showers with embedded thunderstorms moving into the South Central Kansas after 9pm this evening. Winds will remain strong out of the South/Southeast.  

 
Monday-Cloudy and Windy with Strong South winds gusting to 45mph. Thunderstorms should form around the US283 corridor late in the afternoon or early evening. These storms will be moving quickly to the Northeast at around 50mph – the biggest threat with these storms will be STRONG WINDS and heavy rainfall – isolated large hail in South Central areas. 

The Tornado threat will likely remain to our South in Western OK.

A STRONG COLD FRONT moves through Friday bringing with it VERY COLD TEMPS and chances of light snow behind the front.

This is a VERY STRONG STORM SYSTEM!
