Hello Weather Watchers!

We have had a few dry days that will change…

Moisture will be on the increase and the upper level flow will be on the decrease. We are trying to transition to a summer pattern.

We have a chance of a few rowdy Storms on Saturday late afternoon/evening across Central and Eastern sections of the State.

On Sunday Thunderstorms should form along the Eastern Plains of Colorado and move East affecting Western and parts of Central KS before they fall apart.

Additional chances of Strong to Severe Storms are possible Monday through Thursday next week. These storms would likely be heavy rain producers which would aggravate existing flooding. Severe Storms are also possible Tues-Thursday.

The moisture chances don’t end there…we think the second week of June will see moisture chances based on our long range forecast technique…

Here is what NOAA Climate folks are thinking for summer…We have been saying this since February:

Please keep us posted on the continued flooding in your areas…

Here are the continuing FLOOD WARNINGS:

Have a GREAT DAY!!
