Hi Weather Watchers!

As we have been discussing for a few days,  the pattern will be changing beginning tomorrow as rich Gulf of Mexico moisture begins to stream North. This will lead to very humid conditions, something we haven’t had to deal with much this Spring. Get those air conditioners ready as you will be needin them very soon.

As you all know, rich Gulf moisture provides energy for Thunderstorms and Thunderstorms we will have!

Multiple chances of Severe storms over the next week to 10 days.

Let’s just take a look at the SPC ( Storm Prediction Center ) outlooks:

These are initial outlooks. Please make sure to stay Weather aware over the next several days as these outlooks will likely look different due to outflow boundaries and Dryline positioning.

Expect high temps in the upper 70s to low 80s by Saturday with 80s likely being the norm with humid lows only in the low 60s from Sunday on.

Most of this Severe potential will center around hail and strong Thunderstorm wind- a couple days look conducive to Tornadoes- just not seeing an outbreak type set-up at this time.

Lastly, make sure your Weather radios have new batteries, there will likely be many Watches and warnings over the next several days.
