Here are the Storms that are affecting South Central and Southeast areas of Kansas.

As we mentioned earlier, the low level jet has kicked in and should be enhancing the Thunderstorms, especially the storms  from Central OK NE towards SE KS.

Be on the lookout for large hail, heavy rain, damaging winds and the potential of an isolated Tornado.


The first Tornado of the evening has been reported just North of Wichita Falls moving NE.

In the below image you can see the Reds and Greens. Red indicates winds moving AWAY from radar- Green means winds heading towards the radar site in a counterclockwise movement.
