Hi Weather Watchers…The GFS Model is finally beginning to show a storm coming together for Tuesday into Wednesday. We had pretty much lost hope in this system as every model has been SCREWY for the last couple of weeks. Most of them showed it staying North of Kansas.

This last run actually develops the Low in the panhandles and move East from there. Will we see that same track in the next run? Time will tell…

The system is in the perfect place to give most of Kansas, OK and North TX some nice rainfall ( and maybe snow for some areas of KS).

New data comes out in a couple of hours. Let’s see how things look then.

### NEW DATA SHOWS SNOW###

The 0z Model shows SNOW TUESDAY as the Low is further South. THIS WILL NOT BE THE FINAL SOLUTION- THINGS WILL LIKELY CHANGE BUT THIS SYSTEM IS BECOMING MORE INTERESTING…..more details tomorrow morning…..

We are seeing signs of Thunderstorms coming into the picture towards the first week of March. Meteorological Spring is just over a week away. Who is ready for SPRING?

Check back in later- let’s see if this system will actually take a track that gives us moisture. Our long range forecast says we are supposed to see a storm next week – it hasn’t been accurate lately,  likely due to the STRONG El Niño that is continuing….

Keep your fingers crossed….
