Good afternoon Weather Watchers!!

A front is bisecting the State today with not much of a difference temperature wise. The only difference you can tell is which way the winds are from.

You can also see the boundary in the satellite.

Moisture is pooling behind the front and will be the focus of Thunderstorms this evening into the overnight- some heavy rainfall looks possible as Precipitable Water values are very high.

The below image shows the Water Vapor imagery –  as you can see the monsoonal moisture is flowing clockwise around the pesky area of High Pressure which will be returning and centering over OK later in the week – we will see increased temps as that set up occurs.
Not expecting much in the way of Thubderstorms until late today into this evening.
Chances of Storms continue for many through Wednesday night- we will update you later on where we think the greatest potential is for storms Mon-Wed.

Thanks for checking in
