PATTERN CHANGE:

Looking towards April 10th and on the models are showing the Pacific Ridge breaking down which will allow the Jet stream to take a more Southerly track allowing Storm systems to come on shore near Southern CA then track towards KS via a favorable SW flow.

Each one of those circles is a storm system – if this solution continues to verify it would bring quick hitting systems to the Central plains beginning around mid April or slightly before. The Severe potential will increase towards the latter portion of the month as temperatures warm and rich Gulf moisture moves North.

We will be tracking this very closely.

We still see the potential for a late freeze towards the end of the month.

If you have questions, please ask.

Enjoy your weekend…..
