Good morning Weather Watchers!

We need some rich gulf moisture to move North into the Central Plains and temperatures to warm up.

The Severe event for Friday looks much more isolated/scattered than it did yesterday.

The most significant risk has moved further East -along and East of the I-135 corridor – if the system slows down some as some of the models are hinting at, NO ONE WEST of I-135 would see much of anything. Let’s wait and see how things looks later today. We should have a better idea of what to expect.

Far Western KS has chances of a few elevated Storms tonight – further East we could see light rain develop overnight making for a wet, cloudy Friday morning, which would have to clear out to destabilize the atmosphere for Thunderstorm development Friday afternoon late- will that happen?
