Hi Weather Watchers!

Some of the forecast parameters indicate the potential for Supercell Storms late tomorrow afternoon. What we are looking at is the 0-6km Bulk shear -40-50kts. That is indicative of Supercell structures.

As of this evening- here is where the Storm Prediction Center is thinking we will see Severe Storms-

Our thinking initially is a broken line of very strong storms will form along the Cold front. A few of the Storms could be Supercell storms with large hail and strong winds. An isolated brief Tornado is possible.

These storms will eventually line up and form into a large MCS-Mesoscale Convective System.

After this system moves through- HIGH pressure moves in and cools us down SIGNIFICANTLY Friday and Saturday, with highs ONLY in the low to mid 70s…

We will take a look at overnight model runs to see how models handle the threat -we were thinking we could see the more significant threat shift East –

STAY TUNED and CHECK BACK tomorrow morning….. We will update you then.

Have a great evening!

BTW- who needs State Fair Tickets??

Comment below and we will give away 2 sets of 2 adults Gate Tickets tomorrow morning —AND 2 more sets of 2 with our morning post!
