Good Monday morning Weather Watchers!!

The Thunderstorms targeted parts of Central/South Central Kansas over night. We have reports from the axis of heavy rainfall close to 2.5″ and reports on the Northside of the rain shield around .25 along I-70. An area of Northeast KS saw .50″ to 1″ in Jewell, Republic and Washington.

Current radar shows a piece of energy on the cold side of the system over West Central KS where we are seeing snow flurries this morning.
